Last week I mentioned some work I've been doing with Autofs/LDAP
clients/servers on Gentoo. I've started putting some documentation
together for this.
In order for LDAP to function like NIS, you need a small helper program to
grab the auto.master entries from the LDAP directory. The source for this
is:
http://people.redhat.com/nalin/autofs/autofs-ldap-auto-master.c
My question is, what ebuild should this little program slot into? Can it
be added to the autofs ebuild, or should it get it's own?
Cheers,
Gareth
