If there are other Adobe* already, I'd use capital letters for this
one too.

I believe that it's non-free, because the license notice for the
"CMaps for PDF CJK Fonts" (which is also found in individual files in
pcfi/tree/master/src/main/resources/com/adobe/pdf/pcfi/chinese_t)
doesn't allow modification:

This would imply that the license cannot be added to the MISC-FREE group.
