Should be harmless to do this already, these flags have only got an
effect on ebuilds inheriting lua{,-single}.eclass i.e. will not do
anything to legacy ones.

These are currently both set to lua5-1 only because that is the version
we have got in slot 0 of dev-lang/lua.
