I=E2=80=99ve come to expect to have some not so pleasant or diploma= tic replies. Yes, there are a couple individuals that are being awfully noisy, but the vaster majority are not. By splitting the list, we=E2=80=99re just movi= ng that noise elsewhere so we can ignore them. This proposal avoids rather than addresses the problem. --HWvPVVuAAfuRc6SZ Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: Digital signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2 iNUEAREKAH0WIQRPTtQ2xj0Ap7RjpAAol2NzYdYtXQUCWicVa18UgAAAAAAuAChp c3N1ZXItZnByQG5vdGF0aW9ucy5vcGVucGdwLmZpZnRoaG9yc2VtYW4ubmV0NEY0 RUQ0MzZDNjNEMDBBN0I0NjNBNDAwMjg5NzYzNzM2MUQ2MkQ1RAAKCRAol2NzYdYt Xd3XAP9K4ZuCTYtJDcQ15XRTXmO+n0YNRentOkAbrxGX/fE7swD/fSdrxnXOu3zI /1J8BS2xx3UhP0RYy+8oAy0ppdrkong= =1utn -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --HWvPVVuAAfuRc6SZ--
