This commit has introduced serious depgraph breakage:

In other words, newly committed grass has ~ppc* keywords while xdrfile
does not have them. Please hurry to fix it, and use repoman properly
before pushing.

Heh. This is fallout since the DEPENDENCY.BADMASKED message has been 
deactivated is repoman. 

Seems like the ebuild was committed with no errors from repoman first (since 
all sci-geosciences/grass was pmasked) and then the mask limited to =6, 
exposing the breakage.
