Well, the QA team has been inactive for a while; so, I guess this might have been a while back. We for example have: #gentoo-qa | * WilliamH has seen flameeys ask infra to lock people out for a time before=20 But also: #gentoo-qa | @hwoarang: pretty sure diego had the powerzz to suspend people Whether this has actually happened is something that is questionable; but yes, one would have to agree that this was definitely streamlined. The idea was on people's minds, probably because that patch was accepted in one of the Council meetings; but streamlining of it never happened. Hence the topic is brought up again here to make a decision final. --=20 With kind regards, Tom Wijsman (TomWij) Gentoo Developer E-mail address : TomWij@gentoo.org GPG Public Key : 6D34E57D GPG Fingerprint : C165 AF18 AB4C 400B C3D2 ABF0 95B2 1FCD 6D34 E57D --Sig_/Q3+oB50QZLF=T100yR4IbBi Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=signature.asc -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.22 (GNU/Linux) iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJS3I/2AAoJEJWyH81tNOV94DEH/2XQNQQNRvcxng1xP4qD/72Y 43Z1/6i5IopFQRr6Kb4/nagamlnZCWzp/T8z7eqeXn6JCQosvY3CmtYatAqaR61S Ear6S+CYV4sR/S1pJgahuUSA//1vTTizC8Dv8fbtYRWM6XJ+3v1HbWJcE05yauJ2 8TwFNnpbaHuWMU+9a4NLwws5ZJpE+WKxJkG38aoA7Zk2cEV01PAoky6x9/NrlnqG jm+RT+T+roqud6Lnlk5ex9X4A297/WV6WmLs/fWEMOu7mKHqAEtbSX2K1AAHwiyY FDbclfb4uTEW34wVhHVgIyHLLsYlj1HeP42Ax7sqy03XUhUWejMCBPS/qzHFftY= =Cx32 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Sig_/Q3+oB50QZLF=T100yR4IbBi--
