Don't even try to implement, it's waste of time. Just grep the tree, see how various packages use VCS-es. There's too many differences, too many needs and -- most importantly -- VCS-es change over time much more quickly than, say, unpackers. Even *if* we get a SRC_URI VCS support that works for all consumers, and that'd be awfully hard to do properly, it will eventually stop being 'good enough' and require further changes. It will just become never-ending story for a minor benefit. --=20 Best regards, Micha=C5=82 G=C3=B3rny --Sig_/CC+q4k0.5dJJ86Tbas0pWYj Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=signature.asc -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.20 (GNU/Linux) iQJ8BAEBCgBmBQJRvGawXxSAAAAAAC4AKGlzc3Vlci1mcHJAbm90YXRpb25zLm9w ZW5wZ3AuZmlmdGhob3JzZW1hbi5uZXQ1RUJGMjBGOTk2RkIzQzIyQ0M2RkNBNDBC QUJGMUQ1RkY4QzgxMTBBAAoJELq/HV/4yBEK5KMQALgRGcEal2PC9049Md5YmukN pXKVjE9ac09KgryQpOXwzNw7AogX9VYmY9V+TX+gdDU4zYX+X5PVfn3InEjgy6EL C66kK+U6+Nx786KhL/hxFMHGgHJuz7uS5JdO3waevKtqn7YNkGbpob3loxxz7miQ XFjb9SrLyICjLiDQrtwa6K07OxBR8aqFTCHheX3ar0xs1yPcbozUkryeAx77ZOM4 VEbeW9s627DPcHrineTWEmvbT/aikGR1/kpz6m0ZlOMoruhcybDE1uneOW6vxnd9 WABbgoRE/3FS3UNa90go0CVu4quDUTQdWfMPsu5TiHUIEZ8BOW8t5JuBXR2OBkyy zaHF0JdCJcfcEwBqJCuoY6bpJpHIG+MDW329yzF3F/uLl+duD6fsRdbXAJkDyWLW 2NRdNUDbXq2I4OJLJXlRd90FBaDnT5Qqz8VruapUTSfwpL/xp96gvbxLwamsd1Hh 9K+Zvlf0mCVECbxym33OV/ds/M5sqTGg/5IMjuwK1puSKX3sFGYG2SEqhlKFc9+i 5bvcsLUluVbrpAwOrUAdEn/Apc3vwotNcbJPdWd6YnzKEii2KvwiIgFf/7DfmdV4 7Nunt14NbwaRc7YqjySOQXp4yqkQVLBSFeBzhw63RQ+9B2g/X8hg+wURf7lO3v9I SQoI64KXw5Qw8GD1VJzl =dM7T -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Sig_/CC+q4k0.5dJJ86Tbas0pWYj--
