The lisp overlay guys are easily rechable through #gentoo-lisp or gentoo-lisp mailing list. About guile, I'm the only one having touched it for the last 2 years [1]. Even if I do think that hop in the tree is not needed currently, it does not build, it is very outdated. I think people using it use it from the lisp overlay where I just pushed 2.4.0.
