xorg-x11 is a empty 'meta package' which doesn't install anything
you don't even need it -- most people just install xorg-server thesedays
to avoid "dozens of unnecessary dependencies"

I've commited xorg-x11-7.4-r2 which removes the dependency. So, if you
didn't do anything, next sync & emerge @world will fix it
and potentially add xsetmode to --depclean removal list.
