now that yacc is no longer part of system, and we have multiple providers of 
yacc, we need a virtual.  so unless there are any complaints, i'll be adding 
virtual/yacc which has "|| ( sys-devel/bison dev-util/yacc )".

once that settles, i'll probably relocate bison to dev-util.

Might also be worth looking at
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90089 at the same time.

Just in case anyone wonders what that's about, this might save you 
loading it if you're otherwise not interested:

It's a bison/yacc collisions bug.

i'm not a big fan of eselect.  but considering we have more than just two 
implementations, it's probably better than what we have atm.
