The question is, whether we should create the global useflag for the seven packages and leave the pcsc-lite packages as they are (as we "allow" overriding since we have local useflag descriptions in metadata.xml), or preferably rename the useflag for the two pcsc-lite packages. The global description for the media-sound/gsm packages would be "Enables support for the gsm lossy speech compression codec via media-sound/gsm".
