I suspect the problematic case might be two pretty basic template=20 ebuilds of different packages. This would most likely be a problem when=20 one is added and another is removed in the same commit, although that's=20 the wrong workflow. I'm not sure whether it would also be a problem with=20 multiple commits. I suppose you'd see the problem when you were trying=20 to track the passage of certain code blocks across multiple commits=20 (pickaxe). --=20 Thanks, Donnie Donnie Berkholz Developer, Gentoo Linux Blog: http://dberkholz.wordpress.com --4ZLFUWh1odzi/v6L Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.9 (GNU/Linux) iEYEABECAAYFAkh06kMACgkQXVaO67S1rtvEpACg/rlTEeYIUlq0Nuuk8nSyI8xq IZwAmgLtX2FqqiC2OZt60nM/aj4oo0pR =kcz9 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --4ZLFUWh1odzi/v6L-- -- gentoo-dev@lists.gentoo.org mailing list
