..and it already has blockers both ways, doesn't make sense

Small update: the app called 'fme' was brought to my attention, which
actually does offer a graphical editor for fluxbox menus (but not
config files), and it works with the current fluxbox version.  So for
all you GUI junkies out there, you can still get your fix.

Run off and try: x11-misc/fme instead.
