[gentoo-dev] New treecleaner lead

As the most of you might have already read on -core, I'm stepping back from
being the treecleaner lead. As Raul and Samuli have been discussing the issue
in a civilized manner [1], they both agreed that Samuli is taking things over.

We have 37 open bugs, http://tinyurl.com/yu5t35

Everything except fam and herdstat from that list are going into
package.mask tomorrow. You have this day to vote against removal,
not voting is a positive vote.

32 after few ebuilds was rescued by me and fellow developers. It's a
open market.. :-)
