Actually, with that in mind I think the council could be of help here... The bugs slowdown *is* a serious problem, and Jakub's failing miserably at getting it addressed properly. Perhaps the council could suggest a more reasonable way of handling things -- for example, how about requesting that certain projects (ones that are important but not providing what developers or users would like) deliver status reports to each meeting?
