We don't plan on going around and making changes without discussing issues with the maintainers. We put this in so that if the maintainer is unwilling to work with us for some reason, that we are able to come up with what we believe to be the best fix. As I said earlier in the document, we plan to work as much with maintainers as possible, but sometimes that may prove to be impossible. --=20 Mark Loeser - Gentoo Developer (cpp gcc-porting qa toolchain x86) email - halcy0n AT gentoo DOT org mark AT halcy0n DOT com web - http://dev.gentoo.org/~halcy0n/ http://www.halcy0n.com --IMjqdzrDRly81ofr Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFEAkQECRZPokWLroQRAgL5AJ4zjf8Iu5Y0epTIUVC+qCx0gWGwHwCfVUiF EbHdicIgNMHQZlLs87iuzq0= =WqRk -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --IMjqdzrDRly81ofr-- -- gentoo-dev@gentoo.org mailing list
