There are plenty of options you could have taken rather than repeatedly closing the bug off. From the looks of the rest of this thread, you've decided to go with one of these options. A comment on the bug saying "I don't like the proposed fix. Here's how I'd solve it" would be fine. Repeatedly closing the bug off and trying to pretend that there isn't a problem when there is is not. --=20 Ciaran McCreesh : Gentoo Developer (Wearer of the shiny hat) Mail : ciaranm at gentoo.org Web : http://dev.gentoo.org/~ciaranm --Sig_avwAI2cj3vxDcAYFq5Smrhm Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=signature.asc -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFEAiw196zL6DUtXhERAn2LAJ41eLShUtMR4Uvqh43rOBP/e5P4lwCfR+cv 35fq/bYLSrsurBVIZ/ME2/U= =IZ1N -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Sig_avwAI2cj3vxDcAYFq5Smrhm-- -- gentoo-dev@gentoo.org mailing list
