As the subject says, another package that's flying away.
media-tv/xawdecode was superseded by media-tv/xdtv (same code, different name,
upstream renamed it).
Two weeks from now I'll remove media-tv/xawdecode from tree, if nobody is
going to disagree, I'm masking it now for this.
Every user of xawdecode can cleanly migrate to xdtv as it's basically the same
codeline upgraded.
~sparc keyword is going away, was added probably by mistake before, and sparc
team is aware of that.
