Hello, i was reading in some pages that md5 is no longer secure anymore
to continue proving the integrity of the programs.
Is it possible to change md5 check in the ebuilds for another more
secure algorithm ?

search bugzilla please before asking about feature enhancments
this has been covered in bugzilla (among other places) a couple of times
