Right now? It doesn't exists.
It was an idea. I think something like:

doxinetd() {
	if ! hasq xinetd ${IUSE} || use xinetd;
		insinto /etc/xinetd.d #or whatever the dir is, not sure about it
		doins $@
	fi
}
