I don't think this is possible at all. You probably can have something like eMule compiled using Winelib or other= =20 open-source windows app always compiled using winelib and winemaker, but yo= u=20 can't install windows application system-wide and use them with wine. There's a great difference between the way windows nt-based systems "share"= =20 the applications between users, and how the users are managed from wine's=20 point of view. There's a reason why Wine's default c drive directory is inside home instea= d=20 of something system-wide. Then... no I don't think this is something doable.. and anyway Mike is righ= t,=20 this is absolutely not for main portage tree... you are welcome to create a= n=20 unofficial overlay with them if you find a clean way to do this :) =2D-=20 Diego "Flameeyes" Petten=F2 Gentoo Developer (Gentoo/FreeBSD, Video, Gentoo/AMD64) http://dev.gentoo.org/~flameeyes/ --nextPart1628877.sgpMBVWH5z Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQBCfVVGe2h1+2mHVWMRAlmgAKDwULG/LzH7CHa7S0QunLrb5WD5SgCdEokN XM7yWjon/i0ZoOvfUBZSA3E= =xMLw -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --nextPart1628877.sgpMBVWH5z-- -- gentoo-dev@gentoo.org mailing list
