Simple GLEP 34 compliant metadata viewing hack. XML sucks. Written in
ruby, since python sucks and doing it in bash would be rather
unreliable. Do whatever you want with it, it's just a little demo thing
that someone may find useful.

It kinda understands LANG, and has a --languages option. Rather hackish,
but hey, if you want it doing properly, write your own :)
