I've created the bugzilla account now, and given it all of the bugs.

Rough planned timeline:
now+1 week - create existing category, move existing packages.
now+3 weeks - try to fix existing package bugs.
now+7 weeks - See about adding new packages slowly.

Would all of the above maintainers please chime in with information on
how they want to handle their package with the move to app-backup?
I haven't seen some of these folk in a long time, and I don't know if
they are still active.

Also, who amongst you would like to join app-backup to help with
maintaining these packages? Other developers are welcome as well, and
I've got a few bugzilla submitters in mind as possible recruits.

there are 20 new packages with submitted ebuilds
as well as another 14 bugs with existing packages that have had no
recent correspondence.
