I believe that games-emulation/nwwine was created to be able to run
Neverwinter Nights and, in particular, the NWN editor under wine.
Does anyone know if this is still needed? If all the functionality is
available via the other wine packages I suggest we remove nwwine from
portage.

There is a native port of neverwinter nights now, so I do not see the
point of keeping this ...

I think the point was for the editor. That may still be the case so I'd
really like to hear from the wine group.
