Hi all
Based on the input from an earlier thread [1] and the current error
pertaining to security- and devrel-related bugreports (regarding the
"openness" of our bugs) and the input (and consent) from the managers, I
will be committing an updated version of the Social Contract if I receive no
more feedback regarding the draft before wednesday, 2000 UTC.
The draft is available at http://dev.gentoo.org/~swift/contract.html.
If there is feedback that implies no real content changes (typos, grammar, ...)
I will commit the update without further notice.
Wkr,
Sven Vermeulen

I can't necessarily speak for others but when changes to a key document are
announced, it's easier for me to review if there are diffs. Just a
suggestion.

Spelling error:
The word 'ontext' in the first line after "What is Gentoo".

You don't want the diff.
Well, you do want it but you really don't.
I'd given the diff if it was easy readable, but I believe the mentioned
thread is better :)
Anyway, for those of you who really really want to see the diff:

I may be strange, but the diff is actually more readable to me. Thanks.

Is it supposed to be "as well", and not "as well as"?

While I'm sure at least three of us, enjoyed reading the diff, you might
think it's more useful if you did a diff on the lynx dumps of the old
and new pages, instead of doing a diff of the HTML.
This method would probably also work for the programmers among us,
although some purists might object.
Of course, as always, YMMV, and such.

It's not a diff of the HTML but of the document sourcecode (GuideXML).
