After reading the other thread, sounds like this problem may not be as
large as we thought it was. If we're talking about a ~5% space savings in
portage itself, I'm not sure it's worth the extra effort of setting up yet
another mirroring system.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but please use facts to do it. I'm
willing to set up this mirroring system, but only if it solves a real
problem.
