Using "pc104" or "pc105" instead of "macintosh" in the
XkbModel configline, resolved this issue.  Something is
wrong with the macintosh-drivers, but they are not needed
any more, as the Macs produce more or less proper
PC-keycodes.

I already changed Xautoconfig, the ppc-xorg.conf-creation-
tool to use the other keyboard-layout.
