<cut>

Rather than adding intricate and headache-inducing supports for per
package CFLAG changing and falling down to an seemingly endless series
of pains caused by such things. . ( fex. the complexity involved,
thankyou)

Rather make an effort to add into portage a generalized way of useing
gcc's automatic profiling support, Allowing the people who care so
deeply to do this on the workload that just they use, and leaving the
rest of us without need to care for it.
