Do we even have any s390 users?
I'm trying to clean up the old PHP eclasses and ebuilds, since many of
the existing ones suffer from security vulnerabilities and critical
bugs, and the s390/ia64 arches that have only very old PHP packages
marked as stable are in the way of this.
