If anything: Bugzilla, as shipped, gives us a suboptimal set of fields for our particular use case. If the package name is in the Summary line like it should be, then it can be searched... but since this relies on user input instead of a selection list, it's not reliable. It would be nice if there were a way to class & subclass maybe 5-6 levels deep, without having to assign terms like "product" and "component" -- those levels could be named whatever is appropriate.
