You are free to do what = =20 ever you like, but I will give you an advice. Until you feel "comfortable" with bash, and Gnu/(Linux) in general, you hav= e =20 no buissness administrating Gnu/Linux boxes in a corporate environment. Do = =20 youself and your company a favour, hire a competent person do do the system= -=20 administration. Gentoo-Linux, as has been stated before, is more a meta-distribution than a= =20 distribution. What this means is that it is not an application you just =20 install and start using. Gentoo-Linux is Portage. Portage is a system =20 administation tool. As all tools it can be abused or it can be used to perf= orm =20 beautiful things. It will, however, require a skilled administrator to be = =20 properly wielded. /John --Q68bSM7Ycu6FN28Q Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQBAB5NU0GAlrvwEkG4RAiMpAJ0afXPx8/Hdm8ZV/CRE55XzdHY7lACgqTqH f3btlZjqkfs2h+TdvLYc2Y4= =LKRV -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Q68bSM7Ycu6FN28Q--
