Subject: [gentoo-dev] Audacity Help

I installed Audacity 1.1.3 and there are no help files.  If I select help or 
help index in the Help menu it asks me where the help files are.  Slocate 
shows no audacity-help files anywhere?  Is this a bug or did I miss something?
