Hi gang.

I recently committed Jesse and Tom Prado's excellent work on a
from-source ebuild for eclipse. It's marked for testing, so please go
test it, and report back any and all issues.

Especially, people with kde or motif in their USEflags are asked to take
this one for a short spin.

I just compiled it. I have both the kde and motif useflags specified. Except 
that the motif version is butt-ugly it seems to run well. I did not really 
see what the kde useflag has contributed though. Also during compiling I 
noticed that a javadoc process took an extreme amount of memory. This might 
be a warning for people with lomem systems.
