CVS will be down starting at 1200 UTC this coming Saturday, 9/27 as we move
to a new, faster server.  We've allotted 2 hours for the downtime.  If all
goes perfectly, it should be done in less.  If stuff doesn't go perfectly,
it could be longer. :)
