since its inclusion i think ive only had one real bug report ... and that was 
a side effect of redhat's droproot patch ... and it was fixed sometime ago :)

basically this is a last call for keeping 4.1.2 in unstable ... you have been 
warned !

well, it had a link to the main page with a warning that said 'use stratum2 
unless you quality for stratum1' ...
ive added a direct link to stratum2 above the main link to both conf files ... 
i figure if a user knows anything about ntp and qualifies for stratum1, then 
they'll probably know that the first link aint for them ...
and everyone else will hopefully grab a server from the stratum2 link :)
