There's something wrong with bugs.  It is emailing out URLs which look
like the one below instead of the actual bug URL.

http://you-havent-visited-editparams.cgi-yet/show_bug.cgi?id=20377

Also, in the search box typing text sometimes results in a message saying
this is not a bug number.

connection errors.  Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
   Is your database installed and up and running?
   Do you havethe correct username and password selected in localconfig?


For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@gentoo.org), 
giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

We're waiting for people with admin privs to fix it. It should be back
up soon'ish.
