How to specifie somes arguments to make command. The 'MAKEOPTS' variable 
in make.conf doesn't work.
The emerge command doesn't pass the value of this variable to the make 
command.
I want add this arguments CCLD='g++' to resolve the link error with gcc 
3.3.1

only ebuilds that use emake will pass MAKEOPTS ...
otherwise you have to edit the ebuild yourself or manipulate the environment 
or something similar
