I did search and tried the same search again ("arts head") and no bugs were listed. Ahh, just noticed that I was using the subject field rather than the comments. No way to search all fields? Anyway, I checked the bug and, while arts was listed in a comment, it was not listed in the subsequent attached list of offending ebuilds which is probably how it slipped through.
