It is easier to create a 1G partition with fdisk using the "+1G" syntax. Pa= rted requires the starting and ending "megabyte". It is easy to make a mistake with parted mostly because it *commits* *chang= es* *immediately*. There is no undo. Lastly I am not a sparc user. If parted is better for the sparc, I guess it would be better to have parted there, but please, don't screw the x86 CDs. --=20 / Georgi Georgiev / Possessions increase to fill the space / \ chutz@gg3.net \ available for their storage. -- Ryan \ / +81(90)6266-1163 / / --VS++wcV0S1rZb1Fb Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/RuN8fXO2NUT1EmYRAk+cAKDYLl/3FtbpPvtGLQ+tS1emZ63sIACg8MAT nMkgKtVLktQHKhx3eZSGm4Y= =FW7D -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --VS++wcV0S1rZb1Fb--
