Well .. the ebuild was done .. I heard nothing back from the developers about it .. then it's resolved and closed ? 

Thats an bug for a new ebuild .. the ebuilds are done .. and not in portage .. so what has actually been resolved ?

I can understand this. I was hoping for at least some feedback which I got specifically with http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18281 which I know is a mess but I have not better clue on how to sort it out. I have had some responce on it already which is all I wanted so I can start working on fixing it again with some help.

I'm going to. I'm not very good at writing stuff from scratch (as you can see from nvsdk ebuild) but I'm pretty good at finding bugs and fixing other peoples work, so I'll keep doing that.
