Hello,

I've seen a post a week ago about someone who asked about the status of
Gentoo becoming a non profit org. As nobody replied, i'm asking the same
as well as it was discussed a month ago.

afaik it was supposed to be discussed at a meeting before LWE ... but daniel 
had a family emergency thus it did not come up at the weekly meeting ... it 
was put off until daniel was able to attend (which at this point looks like 
the next meeting after LWE) ...
i'd say lets make sure the topic doesnt fall into the cracks ;)

I think what we need is information from Daniel, since he's the only one 
in a position to go that route... and right now he's at LWE (and I 
suspect it'll take some time for him to get caught up on mails.
