Subject: [gentoo-dev] Configuring ccache: bug in make.conf
Date: Thu, 7 Aug 2003 11:06:51 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <200308071106.51949.stephen@theboulets.net> (raw)
In make.conf, it says:
Portage will set the default ccache dir if it is not present in the
user's environment: ${PORTAGE_TMPDIR}/ccache (/var/tmp/ccache)
But I don't have a /var/tmp/ccache, only a /root/.ccache. Do I explicitly have
to uncomment out PORTAGE_TMPDIR in make.conf? If not, is portage setting
CCACHE_DIR correctly?
