Subject: [gentoo-dev] VLC 0.6.0 ebuild Change

I have a problem with VLC 0.6.0 that is not due to Gentoo rather it is a bug
in VLC and I have submitted a bug report. The details of the bug can be
found in bug ID 1055 (Summary: Running vlc produces "Segmentation fault" -
http://bugzilla.videolan.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1055)

I don't know how long it will take for a bug fix but I was wondering if the
ebuild can / should be changed to disable KDE and QT support due to the
bug.

Forgive me if this is out of place in the mailing list. I just subscribed
and haven't had time to get a feel for the list.
