Hi All,

It's my great pleasure to announce Keith Wesolowski (wesolows) as the
newest member of the Gentoo Sparc and Gentoo MIPS development teams. 
Keith hails from San Jose in California, where he enjoys his retirement
years from lion taming in the Belarusian circus.

Keith will be kernel hacking, doing low-level type thingies and working
on getting gentoo running well on both sets of architectures.  Please
make him feel at home.

Well, I guess the gentoo development team is getting more and more a mirror of 
demographic structure. Aging from highschool students to seniors. And we also 
have allready welcomed our first women.
