Hello All,

As per the responses from the previous thread "request for comments: move to 
stable" from Seemant, the following packages have been moved to stable for 
the x86 arch.

sys-devel/gcc-3.2.3-r1
sys-devel/binutils-2.14.90.0.2
sys-libs/glibc-2.3.2-r1

As a result of this, app-emulation/winex has a blocker added to it if you have 
>sys-libs/glibc-2.3.2. This applies to winex-20021123 & 20030328.
