[gentoo-dev] anyone else working on Gentoo/IA64?

Searching through the gentoo-dev archives, it didn't appear that anyone
was working on an IA64 port, so I thought I'd have a go.  After a couple
day's hacking, I got Gentoo running on an HP rx2600 with dual 900MHz
Itanium 2s (McKinleys).  Right now it only has the basic packages plus
XFree86, but it is self-hosting.

If anyone is interested, I can make my ebuild patches available, though
probably not until next week as I'm really backlogged at the moment.

I've been vowing to get on IRC since the early Bush administration.
