Posting a bug to bugzilla ensures that it gets assigned to certain developer and gets taken care of in a timely manner. In this case, as Jon suggested, you can assign it directly to azarah@gentoo.org. (but in general, if you are not sure whom to assign it to, please leave the corresponding field blank - this will ensure that it gets assigned to the right developer).
