I have introduced a new virtual/skkserv for SKK dictionary servers. There
are not many packages depending on an skk server, but I would like to get
some opinions of people who actually know this stuff and who can
test if these packages actually work with the new skk server
(app-i18n/dbskk-cdb). Please add comments to bug #20456 - thank you.
