Nah. skel.ebuild is a good outline to start a new ebuild if you now how
to do it, but it's a pretty bad example, as it doesn't actually install
anything.

Since GNU Hello World is meant as an example of use for autoconf and
generally packaging GNU software, the idea to use that for this is a
pretty obvious one.
