Something completely went wrong the last time I updated baselayout. My current version is * sys-apps/baselayout Latest version available: 1.8.6.4-r1 Latest version installed: 1.8.6.4-r1 Size of downloaded files: 89 kB Homepage: http://www.gentoo.org/ Description: Base layout for Gentoo Linux filesystem (incl. initscripts and sysvinit) Some of the awk scripts contained in there, that live in /lib/rcscripts/awk/ contain a dlload line extension("/lib/rcscripts/filefuncs.so", "dlload") that seems either to never have existed or vanished. No CONTENTS file of /var/db/pkg... contains this "/lib/rcscripts/filefuncs.so". Where should it be in ? At least baselayout I would think. It isnt there !!! What's up ?
